With the rapid development of the expressway in China, the scale of the road network continues to expand, and the amount of the single charge is increasing. As a result, the phenomenon of evasion charges is serious and various.Due to the limitations of the manual inspection method,it is impossible to discover the evaded vehicles in a timely and comprehensive manner.Currently,a large number of vehicle traffic information is stored in the networked charging system, and computer technology can be used to analyze and extract effective information from the massive data to make up for the shortage of traditional methods, and to truly improve the timeliness and accuracy of the audit work. This article mainly focuses on how to use computer technology to realize the scientific and technological assistance for highway inspection work.First, the principles of the networked charging system, the audit work and the characteristics of the behavior of the evasion fee are summarized, the system requirements are given, defined the major functions that the system should achievethe, and the use case diagram of each function is described by the UML modeling method to determine the content of the realization;Secondly, the overall design of the system includes the system architecture, technical framework, network architecture, functional architecture, and conceptual structure and physical structure design of the database.Third, the system is designed and implemented in detail on the basis of system overall design. The system uses three layers of architecture under the environment of.NET development. The WPF interface framework is used to design and implement the system interface. The database uses Oracle and uses the ADO.NET interface frame technology to realize the access and storage operation. Finally,a comprehensive test is carried out from the inside to the outside with the combination of unit testing, integration test and overall system test, and the test results are analyzed to judge whether the system meets expectations. The final test results show that the system can improve the timeliness and accuracy of vehicle inspection, and effectively enhance the overall level of highway toll auditing management.
