A Study On Toll Collection, Communication And Transport Supervision System About The Highway

With the fast developing of economy,Transport is stepping in new century,transport is becoming more and more important in society economy and people's life. Highway is the most common way of over ground transport. The intelligent transport system solves most transport problems.In this thesis,some high technologies such as Information,Control and Computer are used to integrate highway Toll collection and Communication and Supervision the three systems. This system's characteristics are large scale,high stability and advance functions.Toll collection system has 3-layer tree structure:Toll collection center,Toll collection station and driveway toll. The system adopts semiautomatic tolling way as manual tolling,computer managing and closed-circuit television supervising. This kind of toll collection system suits the transporting situation of our country. Non-touching 1C is used in the system,the traffic efficiency is improved and cost is lowered.The communication system is composed by fiber,exchanger and way-side telephone. The structure and function of communication system is analyzed in this thesis. The system adopts SDH technique,improve reliability and ability of the system,the connecting cost of is lowered.The supervising system is advance CCTV system based on Internet. The supervising system includes highway section supervising and tolling supervising. The system's managing manual is convenient and perspicuity. The system has high reliability and security.
