As carriers of enterprise application products continue toincrease, affected by the complex of enterprise application productfunction, the characteristics of variety, many problems is revealingslowly, such as poor supporting system between two stage of operationmanagements, weak communication between different departments,dispersion of relative knowledge about industry application, highertraining costs and lower band effect which are influenced by itsfeatures that the applications are various type and always have complexfunction. To solve the problems above, we make a comprehensive programfor the Efficient supporting system、the ability of operation supportand the application knowledge database.The system utilizes the telephone net, internet, mobile networkto form information fusion technology applications and industrysolutions, customers support, business management, application serviceproviders and the ability to get access and manage platform. Using thetwo level platform in both group company and the province company toachieve unified planning and opening up ability, management ofapplication service provider and one-stop service. Through onlinediscussions, unified knowledge database, demands collection area,information sharing and other major features, preliminary satisfiescarrier’s needs for intensive online operation and support ofenterprise applications. The enterprise application system composed of self-runapplication integration telecom capabilities, application serviceproviders and other management capabilities provide the ability tomanage, schedule and access. By utilizing the centralized industrygroup to gather gateway, the platform could provide accessing abilityto the subsystem to the third party. On the other hand, under thissystem, enterprise applications can utilize the capability provided byproprietary systems and third-party systems-such as mobile networks,by consolidating industry convergence gateway or the telecommunicationsubsystems.The system adopts the standard SOA architecture, the userinterface layer and process layer, service layer, component layer, datalayer, business use server for deployment in large quantities. The dataserver, using the Hadoop cluster system, based on the distributedprocessing of large amounts of data, in parallel processing way, speedup the processing speed and enhance the system efficiency. Network nodeserver, lighten the load, flexible distribution data, providing safetysupervision network strategy and content, enhancing the security of thesystem. Database system is widely adopted by redundancy backup, whenthe system crashes, can restore the data backup database, increase thesecurity of the system. The service-oriented development mode makes thesystem expansion easily, and reduces maintenance costs. This system isdeveloped on the J2EE platform, and uses the Oracle database under C/Sarchitecture, making the client and the server interacting stable.
