This move means that the work which related with the industrial economic operation and analysis in our country will enter in a new age of information. At the same time, because of the financial crisis warning,the informatization of the monitor of chinese economic has become the most important work in A service-oriented administrative department. The main function of this system is through the collection and analysis of industrial economic data, to assist the government to complet the work of monitoring and early warning of industrial economic operation.This is a system which monitor the chinese economic operation of industry,and based on the three-tier architecture of.net framework, also choose the c# programming language and SQL Sever 2008 database as the development environment. According to software engineering development process, the first step is analysis of system's demand, and then work out that system can be divided into two function modules: data collection module and data analysis module. Based on the requirements of the overall design of system, the users' permissions and functions can be detailed introduced by UML diagram, at the same time, the working process and principle of the two modules has also been designed completely. Finally, in order to ensure the safety of the system operation, the design of network security is necessary. System mainly use the login registration and SQL injection protection to achieve the security target.After the work of analyz and designing of system, according to the principle of three-tier architecture and the working process, system has completed implementated the function of user's submssion and check, storaging of submitted data, data analysis, user's query and export to the results of the analysis and finally the function of network security.The analysis of the results which is provided by this system will be the basic data of forecast the next step of economic development trend of industry and analyzing the industrial economy warning information.
