Practice And Research Of Agile Proiect Management In The Development Of Copyright Trade Management System

With the development of software industry and society, the traditional methodology cannot meet the requirements changes of enterprises well. Agile Project Management is a methodology widely used nowadays, which is especially necessary to manage complicated projects with uncertainties and high risks. However, the current existing writings about agile methodologies’ researches and practices are still not enough for easy reference. The enterprises that apply it are still at exploratory stage. This thesis includes researching the latest agile theories and practice of them in a real project, for solving the issues in the author’s company’s software projects:requirement management, planning and tracking, estimating of time and cost, etc.This thesis focuses on researching the Agile Project Management theory and its rational practice in an online copyright trade management system. It covers the following aspects:The applicability of Agile Lifecycle Model and analysis on a specific project; agile requirement management, agile release planning, applying the calculation methods based on time and scope, release plan tracking, and iteration planning and tracking; in the end, the thesis verifies the effectiveness of agile methodologies in the practice of the online copyright trade management system, including the effectiveness of financial profits, requirement managements, prediction of time and cost, risk, etc.With the research and practice, the following conclusions are made:Agile Project Management can improve the planning and tracking, hence improve the profits, improve the management of software project requirement changes, promote the predictability, reduce the risk, and optimize team communication; on the other hand, the success of APM practice needs to meet some necessary conditions, otherwise there may be difficulties encountered.
