Study On Stimulant Mechanism Model In SF College Library

Due to Several years of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, theproportion between teachers and students in colleges and universities continually changing,in order to balance the proportion of teachers and students, personnel agency system is usedin the middle of the colleges and universities widely. As an important sector of collegescientific research service, library in colleges and universities is becoming more and moreimportant. Librarians as the most important resources in the library, not merely influenceservice quality and service level of the whole library, but also is the key index to reflectthe level of teaching and research in Colleges and Universities. Both the curator and theordinary librarians are in the personnel agency in SF, college library. How to stimulate theenthusiasm of library staff in personnel agency, improve the library staff serviceattitude and the level of scientific research into the development of become an importantresearch subject to improve the comprehensive strength of colleges and universities.In this paper, The author take the personnel agency system Library of SF College as theresearch object, by Using comprehensive analysis method, getting theory study andempirical analysis, and induction of the combination of qualitative and quantitative methodstogether， analyzing the present situation of the SF college comprehensively, combining theanalyzing of the present situation of college library and the current situation of incentives ofSF, college, and by the way of issuing40copies of questionnaire and depth interview,analyzes the incentive problems, and the reason of the problem in SF, college. The authorconstructs the stimulant mechanism optimization model of SF, college, putting forwardSuggestions on the stimulant mechanism to improve SF, college library, and gives the SF,college library stimulant mechanism safeguard measures.
