Study On The Resource Package Of Vocational Training Package Based On The Concept Of CDIO

With the rapidly development of technology, economic and social development in China isentering a period of transition and adjustment in the face to the way, the importance of structuraladjustment, promoting upgrading of burden and challenge of vocational education,whichbecomes more prominent. Vocational education and training reform of vocational education putforward higher requirements to accelerate the training of highly qualified and highly skilledworkers.It meets the urgent need for economic and social development of Tianjin Binhai NewArea development and opening up to better serve of the national development strategy.Theoverall development and implementation of the "vocational training package" project has thecity’s distinctive deployment. An important part of most training resources is resource package,and the design and development of resource package can not only enrich the resources ofvocational training but also make the design and development of resources more standardized.With the forms of training resources increasingly becoming rich, animation resources stands outin a unique charm form of resources.But the scale of the current requirements of human resources development, quality and thedevelopment of economic is not consistent, and vocational education is still very weak.Themarket reaction of vocational education and training institutions is slow, and training mode isbackward, old.There is not enough emphasis on training of business and talent pool, and theshortage of senior technicians and other skilled personnel is apparent. The resources ofvocational training is not enough, and it lacks of systematic,and resource normative issues ofdesign and development is low,which directly restricts the effectiveness of vocational training.Based on the study of the present situation at home and abroad, the author expand in-depthstudy on the basis of relevant theories, the model construction and case design and developmentof case studies through the use of literature study, questionnaire method, and case analysis andother research methods. Firstly, analyze the basis of the relevant research studies, includingconcept definition and theoretical basis. Secondly,design and develop the resource packagebased on the concept CDIO, including the objectives of resource design,building process modelof design and development of resource package based on the concept CDIO, developingresource package based on the concept CDIO. Then design and develop animation resources,including properties and classification of animation resources, building the framework map ofdesign and development of animation resources, analyzing design strategies of animationresources. Finally, the design and develop the case of animation resources, includingrequirements analysis, case design,the process of development, and proposal of application.Design and development model of resource package based on the concept of CDIO is an important basis for constructing the frame of animation resources, in addition,the case ofanimation resources is developed under the direction of the frame of animation resources. Designand develop the model from the perspective of the designers, and framework map of design anddevelopment of animation resources is a specific model of model of resource package, but thecase is specifically practice of framework map of design and development of animationresources.
