As the formal4-g era has approached, our life has come into ahigher level of information age featuring fragmentation, just like theashes overnight. Specifically, with the rapid expansion of the mobileintelligent terminals, the emergence of various new media makes usoverwhelmed, while all these things are going as fire starts a prairie fire.New media is something new driven by a new technology, whichtakes the technology as the forerunner, the contents as the main form,operations as the intermediate industry. As the means by which peopleconsume digital content are getting more and more diverse, especiallywith the flexibility and convenience of the intelligent terminal satisfyingmen’s needs, the way in which people consume new audio-visual mediahas obviously varied from spending chunks of time to “search for" thosecontent into the everywhere use of fragmented time, making theaudiovisual services readily available anywhere you might think of. Thatis, there has never been a media which can deeply embedded in people’sdaily life so much and become an important aspect of people’s social lifein modern times. Other and then, It is right based on such a development environmentand reality, the traditional media is suffering from the tremendoustransformation, from the use of media technology, the adaption tosatisfaction of users’ needs, as well as the distribution channelconstruction and content system reconstruction, traditional media whichtakes TV news as the representative, does need to adjust and upgrade, forthe hope of returning to the position of mainstream media, and intensingits media value.In an open and win-win society, pioneers who have achieved hugesuccess in innovation are emerging in an endless stream. What we shoulddo, is not only to marvel at their success, but also to think about how tohold our position in such a trend.On the one hand, we can learn from the astonishing success ofWechat, APP, and many other new media forms in such a short period oftime. On the other hand, in the presentation of traditional TV news, wepropose "video news" and " GIF news " concept, whose marketingprospects are so potential that deserves our sufficient attention. What’smore, the content of the traditional TV news involves something new andattractive enough while the external part involves everybody’sparticipation as well as the cooperation of the whole media community,so that we can make breakthrough and achieve success.
