With the fierce increasingly competition of international economicglobalization and marketization, every enterprise has been seeking a betterway of management and operation in order to improve the productionefficiency and their own competitiveness. Especially, continuous growinglogistics industry is getting more and more attention of people as therequirement of the market demand and commodity circulation. How toinnovate application of logistics technology, reduce logistics costs, improvethe level of logistics service, it becomes a good way to create new benefits forthe numerous businesses. As an important component of modern logisticsindustry, automated high-rise warehouse, its core of operation is thewarehouse scheduling problem can be effectively obtained an optimizationresult. Therefore, the study on scheduling problem of automated high-risewarehouse has important theoretical significance and practical value.Research content of the thesis mainly includes:First, starting from the generation of logistics, this section summarizesthe history and development of logistics, introduces the research and practiceson control technology of warehouse equipment, communication andmanagement of the warehouse system by a large number of experts andscholars, and also summarizes the research status of automated high-risewarehouse, which leads to automatic and intelligent growing trend. Thesection introduces the developing history, composition and characteristics ofwarehouse system; it sorted and summarized the partition of high-risewarehouse storage strategy, goods distribution and job scheduling principle.The second chapter puts forward the problems existing in the traditional high-rise warehouse, illustrated the necessity of studying on automatedhigh-rise warehouse scheduling problem.Second, the section detailed discusses the basic idea and basic principleof genetic algorithm, including the terminology, basic elements and operationprocess of algorithm from natural biological genetics, and besides, probes intothe comparative advantage of genetic algorithm to the traditional searchalgorithm, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of genetic algorithm.Besides, the forth chapter built goods allocation model and path selectionmodel, and discusses the optimization problem of multi-objective functionand typical combinatorial optimization problem. According to the analogy ofseveral scheduling optimization algorithm, decided to use genetic algorithmbased on the simulated annealing, and design steps of the algorithm.Third, using the MATLAB software for automated stereoscopicwarehouse scheduling optimization simulation; according to differentoperation mode of stacker, it is concluded that the superiority of the complexoperation mode. Using the standard genetic algorithm and genetic algorithmbased on simulated annealing to do the simulation respectively, it gets theoptimal solution or satisfactory solution, to verify the rationality of thealgorithm. The simulation results show that the design of SAGA algorithm ismuch simple, efficient and practical.Finally, the article summarizes the research achievements of the subject,and points out the insufficiency of the research, as well as the problems canbe improved and the research direction in the future.On the basis of previous studies, this paper further discussed theoptimization problem in the process of the loading and uploading schedulingof automated high-rise warehouse. The study designed a genetic algorithmbased on the simulated annealing combined with the scheduling constraints;with the simulation experiment of warehouse model, it improved theefficiency of the automated high-rise warehouse.
