Automatic high-rise warehouse includes automatic storage, logistics supplier,integrated management and some functions, because it has the advantages of largestorage capacity, little area, simple operation and so on. This paper conducts a targetedresearch with the automated high-rise warehouse control system, realized design,development, application of the AoDong pharmaceutical company automated high-risewarehouse control system, its main contents include that the design and developmentof control system, the interface of ERP, the unity of the data flow and other tasks,toprovide guarantee for improving enterprise information and automation, to economizethe cost,to improve efficiency, to enhance management.In the research and analytic process, the paper analyzed current research situationat home and abroad and understood the application, to provide the reference evidencefor design and application of the automated high-rise warehouse control system. Itrealized the control function of automatic high-rise warehouse through operation ofloading and unloading, and built the goods allocation algorithms for the storage andretrieval machine control system with time is used as function. It solved goodsdynamic allocation optimization problems while a large quantity of tasks of loadingand unloading, and designed function program on the basis of system structure andfunction, including the main program, loading and unloading program, display andfault handling program, and provided a good circumstance for modify and extend ofcontrol system, and reflected good expansibility of control system.In the build process of control system, the storage and retrieval machine unitcontrol of control system uses S7-200of SIEMENS, the way of loading and unloadingincludes single-tasking and multitasking, the application of mathematical modelimprove operational efficiencies of control system, and it emphatically describedalgorithmic design based on genetic algorithm. The communication way builds stablecommunication environment using wireless network system of SIEMENSSCALANCE, in this environment, the wireless network apply to the storage andretrieval machine automatic operation, the communication unit of control system, thehuman-machine interaction unit. Based on the current implement of ERP in AoDongpharmaceutical company, the data integration uses OPC technology, this paperdesigned and developed communication interface for ERP to data sharing, to provide timely and accurate information for the enterprise information. the design anddevelopment of ERP interface uses Visual C++, and OPC technology for PLCcommunication, and the relational database MS Server2005for data storage.AoDong is the production of Chinese medicine pharmaceutical company, withwide range of products and production capacity, this paper researched on developmentof AoDong pharmaceutical company automatic high-rise warehouse control systemand realized the integration of enterprise ERP system, and storaged all production,andunified the data flow and realized enterprise informatization construction.
