With the development of information technology, in order to maintain a stableand reliable fiber optic network communication performance, the traditional manualway of protecting cable can not meet the increasing workload of the maintenancework. Therefore, people need to start looking for a new cable line maintenance andmanagement, to enable real-time monitoring of fiber-optic cables, timely analysisof the reasons for failure, and failure to identify the location of the fault analysis ofthe final report to the maintenance personnel.Based on automatic monitoring system to cable operators in various telecomdesign and application development research, the current testing technology fromoptical fiber, optical transmission mechanism to start the system by thetelecommunications industry, the demand for analysis and comparison of differentoptical monitoring methods proposed a new automatic optical real-time monitoringsystem, network-based communication technology to develop its system of variousfunctional modules, and allow it to function as intended. This dissertation focuseson monitoring stations and station hardware and software aspects of the designcurve analysis to study the design of the module.Firstly, the background of the research, explained the purpose and significance,and research on domestic and international fiber optic monitoring system on thestatus of research pave the way for the system. Second, optical monitoring systemfor basic knowledge points to study and understand the loss of optical fiber OTDRtesting principles and principles for the design ready.Then based on the monitoring function of the system requirements analysis,software and hardware monitoring centers and stations constitute the design, whichfocuses on monitoring stations designed by comparing the current mainstream infiber and fiber test equipment line with the current monitoring the applicability ofthe proposed adoption of a dual system design monitoring programs prepared fiber,while the function of each module of the station and the design parameters ofprocessing instructions.This dissertation focuses on some stations curve analysis module softwaredesign and implementation process, the design of the module associated with message processing, order processing, analysis, processing, through curve analysisof the data points in the calculation of the event study analysis of the test curve ofthe event point of generation factors, the other focusing on the curve analysismodule of the contents of the client window display design, and monitoring centerscombine other five modules to complete the overall design of the monitoring centersoftware.
