As an important industrial parts, the silp-ring is widely used in marine andaerospace precision turntable, centrifuges, self-control, weapons inertial navigationsystem and other equipment, and with the gradual development of industrialization,the slip-ring is more used in a vacuum environment as an electrical signaltransmission device.In the working state, the slip-ring conducts electrical signals,stable and normal work is essential. Unexpected error brought by environmentalchanges, such as the heat of friction between the components can not beimmediately removed would seriously affect the working condition of the parts. Inthe case of high speed rotation, the slip-ring will be subject to the frictional forcegenerated between other components, the rotational force of its own, these torquewill affect the conductive properties and have extremely serious consequences. So,to test in the vacuum environment before using has become an important part in theproduction process of slip-ring.This project is to study the vacuum testing system for industrial slip-ring, to testthe the mechanical and electrical performance of slip-ring working under the analogvacuum environment, and to analysis the precision, the accuracy and the real-timeof the system.Start from analysising the needs, details design of the system, coding,test results, and introduce completely of the entire process of project development.The paper describes the project background, and makes the hardware architecture asa basis for dividing module, allowing the system to simulate the vacuumenvironment, polling instruction, parsing data, completeing user interaction, makinga calibration of the analog data collected by the system and controling the externaldevice. The realizing of the transceiver algorithm about instruction frame and thelimiting median filtering algorithm, ensure the reliability and accuracy of the datacommunication between the software platform and hardware.
