With the development of automotive industry, the vacuum valve is widely applied. This paper design an automatic detecting platform for production testing and delivery testing of vacuum valve. The platform could test the major parameters of vacuum solenoid valve automatically by the control of MCU and PC. This system develop a manual operation to an automatic operation which greatly improve the detection accuracy and improve the operating environment.In the system design, we regard the MCU as the lower position machine, PC as the position machine, and realize the serial communication through serial port RS-232. The system consists of three parts include the pulse power module, the data acquisition module and the PC machine monitor module. The pulse power module provide a detecting pulse power for vacuum valve under a variety of working condition, of which the frequency, duty cycle and amplitude are adjustable. The data acquisition module which controlled by MCU detect and display the parameters such as flows and pressure for vacuum valve, and feedback the status of vacuum valve to the position machine. The PC machine monitor module which communicate with the MCU by serial port RS-232 generate curve of a variety of parameters under different working conditions, control the detection platform and judge the vacuum valves whether eligible or not.The whole system are compact, reliable, and it is still is a complete system when we do not use the PC machine. The pulse power which provide an extremely accurate of frequency and duty cycle has been successfully applied to the motorcar vacuum valves manufacturers, and created significant economic benefits.
