With the improvement of the industrialization level of production technology andproductivity, the requirements on its matching production testing capability also become moreand more high. The development of the image acquisition and image processing technology,make the image detection technology is not only a non-cantact technology, but also has theperformance of sensitivity, speediness and precision. So today is widely used in the industrialproduction process detection, security monitoring and other areas of daily life, which greatlyimproves the efficiency of production and people’s living standard. This thesis introducesembedded image detection through how the optical, mechanical, electrical, computercombined, in the production and application of high speed industry, to form optimizingequipment matching and auxiliary equipment additions to accommodate different productionenvironments, particularly the elimination of ultra-high speed and dust environment effects ofindustrial products in the production process. Based on the optimization of existing maturetechnologies and devices, this paper design a device which can be applied to cigarettepackaging paper’s detection in the tobacco industry. Besides, it combined with the latestaugmented reality wearable smart glasses technology, improve the device’s using patterns oncigarette packaging paper detection, and then change the operator’s working mode, can be areference for future image detection technology in the industrial applications anddevelopment.This paper mainly discusses the following content:1. This paper will provide an overview of the image detection’s current status anddevelopment trends, including some mainstream research results, descript the basic ideas andprinciples of image detection in industrial.2. This paper compares the product packaging image detection technique in the industrialproduction, improve it and finally obtain the most optimal and generic solution, also willdescript the parts used in the solution.3. This paper will detailedly describe the optimal solution, including the principles,device structure, the structure of the testing process, process of argumentation, etc.4. This paper combined with the latest technology, put forward the future’s application ofimage detection in industrial production from the aspects of convenience and reduce thehuman cost. This paper not only study the application of image detection in industrial, but alsoanalysis image detection’s reliability and robustness, put forward the beneficial ideas for thedevelopment of future image detection, has the high use value, scalability and furtherprospects.
