Tobacco industry belongs to one of the economic pillar industry in China. With the development of automation technology, the automatic level of tobacco assembly line is becoming higher and higher, so are the demands on product quality. Based on vision measurement techniques, the thesis studies an online, real-time, stable, non-contact measuring scheme of package quality of cigarette case, and builds an experimental platform according to request. The platform mainly includes a CCD (Charge Coupled Device) industrial camera and a laser which constitute a line structured-light vision sensor. The thesis discusses and studies the following contents:1Study a measuring scheme of package quality of cigarette case based on line structured-light vision sensor, design a line structured-light vision sensor and build a line structured-light measuring platform.2Study the camera calibration based on free-position planer pattern. Study the calibration method of light plane using perspective projection of the cross-ratio invariance. Complete the related experiments, and experiments results show that the method above has highly accuracy and good practicality.3Study the sub-pixel methods extracting centers of structured light stripe, including full resolution extracting algorithm and Hessian extracting algorithm based on ROI and complete the related experiments.4Complete the package quality examination of cigarette case based on line structured-light measuring technology and experimental platform. Furthermore, complete the size measurement of workpiece and some object’s three-dimensional reconstruction experiments and verify the accuracy and replicability of this technology.
