This kind of situation put forward a severe task for hospitalmanagers and information department that how to use new technology to improve the flow oftreatment,and improve the quality of medical services.In this thesis, by combing the traditional treatment process, statistics on the time spent ineach link, extract the longest time-consuming phase in the process of treatment, and for thesethe crux of the problem, combined with the actual business situation, that is designed on therelative solutionshould be.Finally, through the design of mobile intelligent medicalsystem corebusiness functions, operation process and the APP interface, implementation of the proposedscheme which is more lightweight and more quickly to solve the treatment process of "threelong" problem.With the third party service platform provider (the alipay company)cooperation, wedeveloped a public service window in pay treasure platform called”Guangzhou women andchildren’s center”, has realized the intelligent mobile appointment, waiting, the hospital indoornavigation,online payment, inspection report inspection, medical feedback function, andrealized the treatment appointment by intelligent mobile, the hospital indoor navigation,onlinepayment, inspection report, medical feedback function,thus minimizing waiting for thepatients at the clinic, enhance thelink of patient medical service experience. At the same time,through the automatic prompting function to provide free WIFI signal, provide moreconvenient conditions for the patient to use intelligent mobile medicalsystem. In addition,through effective clinic card, bank card and alipay bind together and use true name,effectively limiting the "ticket scalpers" speculation space, realize the use of medical resourcesrelatively fair..Finally, this thesis make a summary on mobile intelligent treatment system for fourmonths what todo, I consider that the system effectively alleviate the patients waiting time inthe hospital and improve the satisfaction of treatment, based on the results, I put forwardsome optimization and improvement ideas on intelligent mobile medical system.
