| Although the convenience of mobile payment (M-Payment) is the key to user attraction, the security is the precondition for users to step into this field. Nowadays, inthe network environment, it is very common for the network hackers to steal users’ bank account password and swiping their cards. In real life, it is universal that stealingmobile phone causes the disclosure of users’ personal information which can be associated with payment. Mobile payment security issues make a multitude of people daunting and dubious.The security problem is the biggest challenge in the mobile payment.In such circumstance, it becomes urgent and necessary to enhance the analysis of improving the security of mobile payment in order to meet the needs of both users and the industry. Faces the challenges from various fields, how do the designers contributetheir energy to the security experience of mobile payment has become a new topic. Therefore, directed at the security issues of mobile payment, how to boost the securityexperience of mobile payment has become the target point of this research.This research aims to improve the security experience of mobile payment and promote the usage rate of mobile payment users. Stand on users’ perspective, this research mainly explores the impact of interaction design on the users’ experience of payment security. At first, it organizes the knowledge of mobile payment security and security experience design. Then, combining the related psychological theories and real cases aims to elaborate the feasibility of mobile payment subjective security through interaction design.In the next step, Based on the research scope of users’ experience feelings, using the user participatory design method to study and discuss the security experience of mobile payment. It confirms that the interaction design is practicable to improve the security of mobile payment. In the end, this research introduces the experiment process and the final results, and on the basis of it, refines the design principles and puts them into practice.Firstly, on the basis of the experiment results, sums up the elements which influent users’ security experience of mobile payment; Secondly, using the user participatory design test method to verify the feasibility of improving mobile payment security through interaction design; Lastly, depend on the results of user participatory design, the design principles which based on the mobile payment security experience of interaction design is brought up, which provides the referential value of the further develop ment of current mobile payment design. |
