The Design And Implementation Of Social Insurance Cooperative Official Business System

In order to improve the standard and information of the social insurance management,many provinces in our country have established collecting social security fee online systems,but many problems in data sharing, information transmission and abnormal data processinghave been emerged by the great using of the systems. So we designed and implemented aSocial Insurance Cooperative Official Business System, which can further improve themanagement of insurance collection, to achieve information sharing among all departments,handle various problems efficiently, fulfill the tripartite reconciliation accurately, and ensurethe operation safety of the fund.In this paper, we have analyzed of social insurance cooperative office system and thenproposed of suitable technical solution for the specific Social Insurance Cooperative OfficialBusiness System.By the investigating and researching of the core business process, this system has beendivided into seven main function modules, including of management module, remindersmanagement module, tripartite reconciliation management module, cost management module,document management module, query statistics module, and the monitoring managementmodule.This system were divided into six parts, the user layer, viewing layer, controlling layer,service layer, persistence layer and the resource layer. Much of technologies of the systemdevelopment are used, for example, J2EE was used as the development framework, Linuxwas used as the platform, Weblogic11was used as middleware, MVC was used as the designpattern, and Oracle was used as the database management system. Combining with the keytechnologies, we have designed, implemented and tested the core business process andapplied of this system. The results of testing and practical operation of this system showedthat it was well-functioning, excellent performing system which has achieved the anticipateaim.
