Design And Implementation Of Social Insurance Integration Platform Under SOA

As a basic state policy of our nation, Social insurance is a mean of distributingand redistributing of national incomings, it’s the booster of economic development aswell as stabilizer of the society, the Ministryof Human Resources and Social Securitypromoted "The Jin Bao project" so as to help the computer management of socialsecurity funds.In2005, DongYing started to use social insurance management system, and in2008, the Social Security Core Platform version2has been adopted, with2yearsdevelopment, the original core platform system is hard to compatible with theinformation construction speed of our city.In this paper, we made a deep research of the new version core platform systemstandards, SOA, SCA, ESB, business process management etc. new softwareengineering technologies, and then we designed system architecture, service bus forinformation exchanging and business process of our new Core platform system. Themain jobs of the paper include: first of all, system architecture design that bases onB/S/S, SOA and J2EE standards, secondly, the design and implementation of dataexchanging and sharing platform in view of ESB technology, and last, key workflowof social insurance modeling that based on a deep study of business processmanagement and ESB implementation.At last, we made deep throughout system test and results shown that the platformachieved its design goal and made a favorable basis for system improvement andfuture development.
