Design And Exploitation Of A Subsystem Of Public Business Of The Social Insurance Based On C/S/S

The social insurance is a security institution with material assistance, inaccordance with national laws and regulations, and collect money for the peoples whoare old age, illness, bearing, work-related injuries, death and unemployment, and dueto disabled for ever or lose jobs temporarily. It is called ‘Damping nets’ of society or‘Boosters’ for economics, including five insurances such as social pension, medicalcare, work injury, maternity, and unemployment insurance. Social insurance has avery important role to promote and facilitate reform, development and stability.Subsystem of public business is the basis of the social insurance system，it is theentrance to the subsystem of Pension Insurance, Medical Insurance, OccupationalInjury Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, Maternity Insurance. The subsystem ofpublic business is used to register, declare, payment approved, the cost of collectingand fund management for the person and unit who has joined into the insurance.Because of the subsystem of public business, the five insurances of social can jointogether and take apart easily, and this can meet the different needs of differentregions.The system can provide services for provinces and cities, prefectural andmunicipal, mainly by the local social security bureau is responsible for operations, toprovide convenient services for different populations of social insurance.The system uses a common C/S/S three-tier structure development model. Theclient uses the PowerBuilder language development and user interface, the server is abusiness processing model provided service by the Tomcat under the Eclipsedevelopment environment. The database uses enterprise-class database managementsystem Oracle for the security of the data. HTTP protocol and XML data exchangeformat are used between Server and Client to transmit and identify data information.The Server use the class of DAO to connect with the database directly, or call theprocedures stored in database to achieve the aim of manipulates data.
