In recent years, with the development of information and communication technology, thecombination of information and medical care is increasingly closing, the hospitalinformatization has entered the great leap forward development stage. Adding varioussystems (HIS, EMR, PACS), not only let doctors get rid of heavy medical record writing,have more time to care for patients, improve medical service level, but also put forwardhigher requirements to the information center. As the hospital informatization overallplanning and construction department, the information center plays a vital role of promotingthe level of hospital informatization. Therefore, building a strong team become the mostimportant affairs to the development of hospital informatization.Based on this demand, this is order to build a set of office automation system for theinternal management of information center, solve the problems of duty not clear and lowefficiency, which daily exist, and can assist the responsible person to strengthen internalmanagement.Based on a sufficient investigation of hospital information center, the dissertationultimately realized the performance management system of hospital information center bydetailed analysis and design. The system contains three main functions: first, the informationinput module which used to record the daily work staff information, can help employee toclear the work flow, improve work efficiency; second, the comprehensive managementmodule which used to query the basis of information, can help the responsible person tooptimize the internal management; third, the performance management module. Throughtesting and using, it can be concluded that the information input module is fully functional,collecting data satisfy the actual application needs of information center. The comprehensivemanagement module can solve the problem of work progress fuzzy and workload uncertaintywhich the information center currently urgent. The performance management moduleimplements a simple management on employee job intensity, degree of contribution,timeliness, initiative and other factors. The overall system is stable and doesn’t appear errorsituation which caused by many people log on or input special data.
