Waste incineration technology is one of the main methods of garbage disposal.It has a good effect in general harmless and resources. Flue gas purification system isthe most main one of the equipment in the garbage incineration system. And its core isthe smoke wheeze cold control system. It will produce toxic gases such as dioxin ifthe export flue gas temperature is not stable, so as to cause the second air pollution. Inthe actual operation, it is difficult for conventional PID control method to meet itsrequirements because of the flue gas temperature fluctuations and difficulties ingetting accurate mathematical model of system.In view of the feed-forward control can directly control disturbance. Comparedwith feedback control, it is fast and effective to restrain dynamic and static deviation.This article will use the polystyrene feed-forward control in urgent cold controlsystem, design the corresponding mathematical model, make out the relatedparameters and finally make some simulation in the simulink tool box by Matlab7.0simulation. The results show that the feed-forward control can indeed to interferencewith effective compensation.In view of the difficulty to obtain accurate mathematical model of rapid coolingcontrol system, this paper will use fuzzy adaptive PID control method, designcorresponding controller, and make some simulation. The simulation results show thatthe fuzzy PID controller has the very good control effect, guaranteed the rapid coolingefficiency and stability of the control system. This article verify the feasibility offuzzy PID controller in temperature control system,through the Songjiang wasteincineration plant of smoke’s rising cold and taking off the acid project.
