In this paper, the research effort is focused on the auto controlprocess of incineration system and improvement of the control effect ofthe disposal process and the design of the medical waste incinerationdisposal process control system. Whereas, any attempt on basal researchis not made in our country up to the present. For this purpose, this studyhas been processed as the following aspects.The existing and leading technologies used for the incinerationtreatment of medical waste have been introduced. The advantages andshortages of each technology are also analyzed and evaluated. The controlstrategy in the medical waste incineration disposal process in commonuse has been introduced, and the research and the practice of bothdomestic and overseas researcher have also been analyzed.In order to get the proper control parameters, the incinerationtechnique of medical waste has been analyzed. Based on the grate furnacetechnology, an incineration control strategy named integrated intellectualcontrol has been proposed, including real time control level, expertintellectual corresponding control level and learning organization level.The control process is separated into three parts named off-linelearning, on-line rolling training and on-line learning, and GA-BP mixtraining algorithm which is suitable for the medical waste disposaloccasion has been proposed in order to solve four problems as follows,how to initialize the controller, how to perform the control on theoccasion of object changing constantly, how to optimize the controllerand how to eliminate the deviation in the process control. Every partmentioned above has been researched deeply.Genetic-based Fuzzy Neural network Controller is designed, andFuzzy variable definition module is designed in this paper. The input andoutput variable fuzzy range, fuzzier function, fuzzier coefficient, andfuzzy rules base could be adjusted simply.In this thesis, the proposed control strategy is compared with theroutine control strategy by the simulation and field experiment. And theproposed intellectual control strategy is also compared with the classical intellectual control strategy of the later research. All the results of thesimulation and experiment can prove that the proposed control strategy isone kind of effectual method for the medical waste incineration processand the performance parameters of control system are also improvedclearly.Then, the application of the control theories is put forward with thecomponent in configuration software and OPC (OLE for Process Control)technology, which makes the control theories in the actual engineeringconveniently, and the control theories engineering is realized.Finally, general summary and conclusion of the thesis as well asfurther development direction about research of intellectual controlstrategy of incineration process is presented, and the context of on-goingwork is determined.
