In the process of acid washing treatment for the steel wires in steel wire industry, it often brings lots of wastewater.Starting from the angle of industrial wastewater treatment and saving water resources, it is an important research topic for acid waste water treatment in the compay.At first,this paper introduces the theory of neutraliaztion process, the request of acid wastewater treatment craft and equipment condition in detail. On the analyse of the quality of the water, process flow and control objective, it concludes that the core problem of neutraliaztion process is the control of PH value in the aim of process control,but the neutraliaztion process is a typical nonlinear process and this kind of process can't be controlled effectively by conventional linear control method.In the treatment of acid waste water, the entrance flow is unstable.The changes is up to 4-5 times and the changes of concentration of waste water can be more than ten times. This can make great disturbance for the control system. Therefore, this paper uses flow and pH value of fuzzy control to form feedforward system, and uses the PID control with non-linear gain to form feedback system in order to constitute a feedforward plus feedback pH value of the closed-loop control system.Intelligent Fuzzy Control Method is based on the experimental data and expertise, without establishing the mathematical models,which is applicabled to non-linear,time-varying,time-delay system of control, especially suitabled for neutral process control. The form inquiry law has the advantage of one step generated, without ways of learning and constituted simply and rapidly,so chose it finally.By analyzing the non-linear characteristics of pH value curve, this paper developed the method of nonlinear gain and fuzzy control to make inprovement for non-linear control factors in PID control and feedforward control. And it has achieved good effect in practical application.
