Under the new market circumstance, waste incineration power plant is increasingly confronted with high pressure and strict emission standards. In order to solve the common problems, this thesis designs and implements Production Management Information System, in which dioxin emission from waste incineration is coupled. The system focuses on the management of production data, enterprise personnel and power plant.In order to solve the current situation of lacking in fast and low cost detection of dioxin emission, the system functions include dioxin detection, which relies on a calculation model of rapid detection of dioxin emissions. On the theoretical research of dioxin emission, this thesis designs and improves the related model of dioxin emission. The model parameters are also corrected based on measured data of dioxin emission, and the model accuracy is significantly improved.The system also includes data acquisition functions, because the model of dioxin emissions and the other system functions need the real-time data in the field.For data acquisition. this thesis designs network topology of power plant. proposes a scheme of collection scheme, and OPC links and UDP links with one-way GAP are emphasized in this part.For the other management modules in the Production Management Information System, relevant functions aiming at personnel task management are designed and realized in the thesis, which contain the modules of production meeting, two ticket management, defect management and regular tasks. The thesis introduces the software requirement analysis, functional and database design, as well as the specific realization method. In addition. the underlying code of the key functions in the modules is primarily introduced.Based on B/S architecture system, the Production Management Information System uses Spring MVC, Spring 3 and Hibernate 4 as framework technology, takes Ext JS as implementation technology and regards MYSQL as the database. The system ultimately standardizes the daily management of power plant. and that the power plant can improve work efficiency, and reduce error caused by personal operation.
