Vertical municipal solid waste incineration furnace is more suitable for medium and small cities for major equipment waste disposal, in the whole production process, Garbage in the combustion chamber in the combustion process is the most important part of process, Combustion temperature directly affects the quality and efficiency of waste disposal, but also to prevent secondary pollution determinants of. Burning furnace is the heart of the process of waste incineration facilities, but also high-energy-consuming equipment, therefore, realize the burning furnace temperature control system to optimize the operation and the overall DCS and process automation for medium and small cities of China's solid waste management, energy saving has significance.Firstly, the thesis introduces the background and significance of the vertical municipal solid waste incineration, the production process of vertical municipal solid waste incineration is described simply, the thesis also introduces the working principle of vertical municipal solid waste incineration. Then according to the reality of vertical municipal solid waste incineration and its characteristics, one control strategy of the incineration temperature control system is proposed, that is Smith fuzzy control algorithm. The controller design is as the following part, after the results comparation of Matlab simulation with fuzzy control algorithm, we can draw the conclusion that the Smith fuzzy algorithm has the advantages of fuzzy control and Smith estimation algorithm and the strategy is suitable for incineration temperature control system. Next the DCS overall network structure design of cement industry is finished, the system hardware design, the selection and installation of related hardwares are also completed. At the same time, the system software design, including upper computer monitor software design, PLC control program design and the incineration temperature control algorithm, are completed. Finally system debug and operation results are given.The control system that researched and designed in the thesis has applied in Anning of Yunnan province. The DCS runs steadily, and the temperature control system works well, which shows fast reaction speed, strong anti-interference ability and good stability, both of them has achieve satisfactory results.
