Design Of Office Automation System For Office Management Of Radio And Television Industry

With the development of digital technology, the office automation prevails in avariety of industries. The development of radio and television industry has made atremendous contribution to the spread of social information and culture exchange. Atpresent, the industry of radio and television has also encountered a digital revolutionof management. The key of developing this industry is dependent of the automation ofoffice management.Office automation, also called OA system, is defined as that the officeautomation is realized by the advanced technology in the office informationprocessing and the relative works can be completed by the accurate equipment andcomputer systems. The OA can significantly improve the efficiency and quality ofwork and at the same time it can save the office resources to the maximum extent.At present, the degree of OA for an enterprise has become an important rule tomeasure the modernization of the industry. Therefore, the OA has become a key pointin the development of radio and television industry. Now, most enterprises has takethe advantage of network in the OA. With the support of workflow concept, theapplication of computer as the core of work has widely accelerated the employment ofa series of modern office equipment and office information processing. It also greatlyimproves the efficiency of collecting, collating, processing, storing information andshare of internal information of the enterprise. It is aimed to provide the theories for the improvement of work style,work efficiency and application of modern technology. This paper is designed on thebasis of basic requirement of work and with consideration of software engineering,data structure and other professional knowledge. It employs the ASP.NET, MicrosoftSQL Server and C#to establish an open OA system for the multi-user to work at thesame time. It also solves the establishment, maintenance and development of databaseand related application. On the basis of practicality, it is aimed to improve theoperation, safety and flexibility of OA. Finally, this paper hopes to do a great contribution to the development of radio and television industry.
