With the rapid development of mobile networks to increase the number ofmobile users, as well as extensive3G services, etc., making the flow of the rapidincrease in mobile communication networks, causing a lot of pressure in mobilecore network. Traffic Offload technology can solve the pressures of the corenetwork, and no need for network expansion, improving the user experience. Therefore, this paper deeply studies the Traffic Offload, which has great practicalsignificance. This paper mainly researches the architecture of the mobile network trafficoffload, including the local offload in LTE network and the heterogeneous networktechnology of the WLAN-LTE. According to different application scenarios, different flow offload structure are designed. In this Papers, the local offload is studied in LTE network. Respectivelydiscussed the local IP access scenarios, selective IP traffic offload macro basestation scenario, selective IP traffic offload streaming technology based homemacro scenario. The LTE (Long Term Evolution, LTE) network offloadingarchitecture is designed, which put forward based on PDN connection LTEnetwork architecture in the local diversion program and analyzes the keytechnologies in the architecture. This paper also presents a LTE-WLAN heterogeneous network architecturesoffloading program. Analysis of the3GPP S2a/b heterogeneous network offloadarchitecture, as well as the S2a WLAN-LTE traffic scheduling scheme. Finally, the architecture of a heterogeneous network dynamic scheduling offload is putforward. The network architecture and the dynamic scheduling process isresearched. The scheduling policy information from multiple dimensions areproposed to implement dynamic heterogeneous scheduling strategy. The signalingprocess is optimized to make better use of existing network resources and improvethe user experience.
