Along with our thirst for communicating freely, network has increased steadily, especially for the wireless network. People can communicate with each other using the mobile computer which was configured with wireless interface or some other network equipment which was configured with wireless sensor. Especially for the case which has no immobile base station, each mobile node will adapt the network by self. This makes the communication more freely. And in martial communication, mischance salvation and temp communication, this is an effective way to use. At the same time, mobile agent has also been developed. Today the mobile agent can move in the network freely and do some functions by self and intelligently. Combining with mobile agent, we can supervise the network more intelligently and more rationalize.In the mobile self-organizing network, every sensor is powered by battery. It can not supply for a long time, so how to extend the natural life of sensor is a key issue. And topology management is a major software way to implement the power save-all.In this paper, we combined with mobile agent and probability coverage model to supervise the network's topology. In order to keep the performance of network, we will let the excrescent sensor sleep and save the power of the network. And mobile agent will reduce the load of the network's communication. The probability coverage model can identify the capability of the network's coverage. And the program was implemented by JAVA language, so it can run in different network platform.
