With the continuous progress of technology,there are many mobile devices.The base station collects network performance index data.The values of network performance indicators in different time periods are different,and the values of network performance indicators collected by base stations in different locations are also different.Therefore,the collected network performance indicators have different temporal and spatial diversity.In recent years,machine learning has been applied in many fields.Machine learning algorithm is good at summarizing the rules of big data.Using its characteristics,it provides a new idea for the establishment of mobile network traffic model oriented to spatiotemporal diversity.Based on the above background,this paper introduces the traditional mobile network traffic model,designs and implements a mobile network traffic model based on machine learning algorithm,and optimizes it.On this basis,a "mobile network traffic analysis system for spatial and temporal diversity" is designed and implemented to provide relevant data services for enterprises.The mobile network traffic analysis system for spatiotemporal diversity adopts B/S architecture,which is composed of client and server.The server includes reSS source server and application server.The client displays data in the form of web browser,including data browsing,map display,user management and other services.First,this paper introduces the background,and then it analyzes and summarizes the current research status,and puts forward the research objectives and research content.Then it introduces the related technologies,including database technology,data visualization technology,Spring Boot framework and related machine learning algorithm.Then the paper introduces the traditional mobile network traffic model,designs and implements a mobile network traffic model based on machine learning algorithm,and optimizes it.Then through the analysis of mobile network performance indicators and business requirements,overall structure design of the system are introduced.The core functions and specific implementation of each module are introduced.Finally,it introduces the test of the system,and ensures the stability and availability of the system through functional test and performance test.
