Research Of The Intellective Controller Of Acrylic Fiber Production Line Slack-Loop System

Firstly, the principle, configuration and function of the slack-loop control system is introduced. And the mathematic mode is built based on the feature and performance of slack-loop control system. An effective measure is introduced to solve the problem in the production that researchers recently faces. This measure integrates merits of traditional PID control with ones of intellect control. Then the deficiencies of traditional position control schemes—two-photoelectric and four-photoelectric are analyzed. In ordre to solve these problems the intellect PID controller which integrates the merits of traditional PID and intellect PID is devised.The slack-loop system is a big lag time and non-linear system. And it can be equivalent to a four-order system. The traditional control arithmetic can not meet performance requestment, so the integral separated PID control arithmetic is adopted to improves the control arithmetic. Simultaneously, the rule library of the intellect controller is set up in detail. The rule library, which is the key of the intellect controller design has close relationship with experience and knowledge of experts and skilled workers. At last, a control scheme which adopts PLC to carry out the intellect controller is given.
