Dance Sport is an international social activities, which plays an important role in richerthe life of human and improves the mastery of human beings.However, the majority of fanscan not be better to arrange their time to learn dance because of the limited time and space inthe traditional dance teaching. With the development of computer network technology and thematuration of communication technology, online learning has become a reality. The use ofonline video instruction, can make up the deficiency of the traditional teaching in sportsdance.Dance sport makes people do not learn at the appointed time and place to improve themajority interest in learning and improve the teaching efficiency of dance lovers.The video teaching system of Dance Sport,which uses the combination of sports danceand computer technology, exhibits the content of dance teaching course in use of the recordeddigital video establishes a database for the information storage and management of theteaching resources,student and teacher in teaching system. It is not only capable of teachingresources for effective management, but also clearer and more convenient to the majority offans to provide learning opportunities through video instruction.Firstly,this paper sums up theadvantages and disadvantages of traditional teaching methods through making research andmaking the analysis of the method of the sports dance teaching.Secondly, we design the mainfunction of architecture in sports dance video teaching system according to the businessprocess of dance teaching.And in order to let the students learn enjoyable,we develop specificteaching method with dance video by the above method of teaching dance which is bettercontent displayed for us.This paper describes the method of dance teaching more clearly and truly,through theapplication of sports dance video teaching system, so as to the purposes of achievingself-learning. Video teaching system not only solves limitations on time and space in thecourse of sports dance teaching,but also makes the process of teaching reproduce anddecompose.In conclusion, this paper provides an objective basis for the majority of teachersand Dance Sport learning platform for students.
