Yunnan Province is located in the southwest of China. It is a place with a vast, rich resources and a number of climate types. In this magical land inhabited by 25 ethnic minorities, so it is the most populated provinces in nation. Because of Yunnan's unique ethnic and geographical characteristics, its colorful culture and amazing natural beauty and many historical sites interdependence known at home and abroad. With the rapid development of computer technology and the increasing popularity of computer use, the computer has been used in various industries, but using computer technology to conduct research on folk dance, sorting, inheritance, development and protection, from both inside and outside the study in this area very limited staff.This paper discuss the follows:1. This paper anlysis the Dancing database by the software engineering methods, including: function requirements, performance requirements, feasibility, and so on.2. Anlysis the ADO.NET technology detaily, including: priniple of ADO.NET, application mode,and also build the data flow and basic construction of the database.3. Design the key modules of the system, including interface and the management of the system, also it provide the detail code.4. For the current status of network security, intrusion prevention focuses on the database were discussed in detail, and be related to the prevention of SQL injection.And in result, This article is based on using computer technology, classified the Ethnic dance, design and implement a database of national dance, and construct a web platform for the dissemination and exchange of dance. In this paper, computer technology, the minority ethnic groups to create dance multimedia library. To a certain extent, on the inheritance Ethnic dance, play a core role in promoting the development and protection, and the spread of Ethnic Dance development of important and far-reaching significance.
