| With the restructuring and consolidation of the telecommunications industry, thecompetition in mobile telecommunication operators is fiercer in China today. Due tothe rapid development of the wireless communication business, the customer’sdemands for the quality of the products are even higher. The business hall is toprovide quality services to the customers and is the important channel to show thecompany’s good image. In order to improve the quality of service, the onlinemonitoring system for the business hall of the mobile communication service isdesigned in this paper.Take the status of Beijing mobile business hall to introduce the services situationof the current mobile business hall as an example, the management mode of mobilebusiness hall and composite building is analyzed and combining with the reality, thestatus of mobile business hall is described and the demand of the online monitoringsystem is proposed. The technologies such as video compression coding technology,intelligent video surveillance and user interface are investigated in online monitoringsystem. Based on this, the overall design of the business hall of the mobilecommunication service status online monitoring system is accomplished. Thehardware resources of the existing network resources and business hall security videosurveillance system are integrated and the video data can be management bysynchronization. Through the import of the video data, all the independent videoresources for security monitoring achieve a remote centralized management. All thebusiness halls are turned into a whole visual object which greatly improves its usevalue and utilization. In addition, intelligent video surveillance system is desinged forthe services work of the business hall which achieves good results. The monitoringsystem mentioned in this paper has been utilized in practical and the efficiency of theoperating room customer service is effectively improved. |
