The Analysis And Implementation Of The Prison Affair Approval System Based On Workflow

With the development of the prison informatization construction, the internal affairsincrease，prison daily affairs used to required cross department to perform,the production,management and communication of the affairs data involving multiple departments, whichneeds a complex workflows-multiplayer co-processing, the existing prison office systemshave been not able to meet the demand of prison development. As one of the core of modernoffice technology, workflow automation technology become more popular solutions of theinformation systems platform. My paper focus on the actual situation of prison affairs, basedon workflow technology to propose a transaction approval system to meet the daily needs ofprison affair, which to make the prison affairs normalization and standardization,improvement of the prison office efficiency, thus promoting the development of e-governmentprison.In this paper，we first start from the background and application of prison affairapproval，points out that the goals and solution of the prison affairs. Secondly introduce therelevant technology of workflow and J2EE， emphatically illustrates the workflow engine andthe J2EE multilayer structure framework. Then give out the use case model of the systemafter analysis the demand of prison affairs approval system. This paper makes prisonoperation approval process as the key point， under the guidance of software engineering andsoftware design model ideology， discusses overall design and detailed design of the prisonaffair management system，and design the test case of the system. Finally，summarize thearticle and state the next step of that subject. This paper presents some new views on the application of workflow technology inprison information technology. Papers by integrating Struts+Spring+Hibernate lightweightframe technology and MVC design to achieve workflow engine. In the prison affair approvalsystem use workflow technology, not only regulate a variety of key transactionsprocessing,also significantly shorten the development cycle of critical transaction processes,which is to enhance the efficiency of prison transaction processing, gradually achieve thetargets-automation and paperless office in the office processes,and the construction of theprison information step onto a new level.
