Therefore, the introduction of computertechnology and network information technology, realize the personnel of prisonsystem intelligent management of import and export, it has important significance forpromoting the prison management.In recent years, according to the Ministry of justice, police headquarters issued the"Circular on strengthening the construction of" AB door spirit and Provincial Bureauof Prisons. Prison AB doors has been completed, many facilities have been improved.How to make good use of these hardware equipment, realize the intelligentmanagement, become the urgent need to resolve the problem of prison system. Inorder to further improve the prison AB portal construction, improve the technicallevel, combined with the actual situation of the prison; this paper puts forward theconstruction of Prison access control system. This paper first analyzes the construction of Prison access control systemdevelopment and construction requirements, from the security strengthen prisonimport, convenient, comprehensive guard patrols, import approval, identification,security and other functions, constructive solutions of distributed control andcentralized management. Prison access control system of video surveillance, facerecognition and other intelligent hardware and software applications; In the smartmanagement, management platform should be used B/S architecture, java languagedevelopment, follow the MVC pattern, development and applications based onhierarchical, modular, Client interface should be simple to use, easy to operate study.In application, the system provides identity entry, identity (face recognition),personnel and vehicle access management, identity management, statistical analysis,account management, police stations and other functions.The system adopts SQL Server database design, implementation and managementof import and export process using workflow technology, support for cross operatingsystem, realize the approval process of custom. In the design of access control datainterface, using the digital image processing in the face recognition interface programdevelopment and application, and real-time video monitoring mode, monitoring theimport and export situation.Through this system, system administrators can real-time understanding andapproval of staff out of the situation, the duty guard personnel can manage vehiclesmore secure and convenient import, import data statistical results can analyze staff outof the situation whether there is abnormal. Provides a hardware and software to prisonimport safety, realize the development goal of the system.
