Design And Implementation Of Prison Office Automation System Based On J2EE

With the rapid development of network and information technology, officeautomation (OA) has become a trend in the development of the prison administration.There is a political need for prison informationalizing to maintain prison security andstability and promote as well as promoting the building of a harmonious society.However, prison office management is still in a semi-manual and semi-automatic statecurrently. In order to satisfy the daily needs of the managers in prison, an automaticoffice system for prison administration is explored in this paper and by, through whichthe system managers can send and receive files, work referrals and reports.Furthermore, it can also be used to check attendance, schedule vehicles, arrangeconferences, issue notices, send and receive internal e-mails etc.This paper, in the context of prison OA system, firstly, analyzed the prison officemanaging process with workflow technology, proposing a solution that took theworkflow information data as the core. Through specific workflow, the automaticoperation of the prison business process, self-internal customization and informationsharing can be achieved. Secondly, the paper explored the system demands anddesignded the system, using the object-oriented software engineering methods andUML modeling language. Finally, implement automation, paperless and networked ofprison office management with J2EE and ultimately improve the prison officeworking efficiency.
