As market economy develops rapidly, competition among corporations isfiercer. So corporations have to develop themselves in terms of decision-makingwithin research, marketing, production and procurement. Procurement is animportant part of coporation operation and it’s playing a really import role.When coporation’s production schedule is set, due to different amount anddifferent technological of different kinds of products, there will be requirementof different material during different period. Requirement of material of differentproducts can be crossed, including crossing of demand amount and demand timeperiod. That’s how multi-period procurement decision-making arises. Due to theconcept of supply chain management, we need to build long-term and stablestrategic partnership with several vendors. And that’s how multi-vendorprocurement decision-making arises. In a word, it is with great meaning to studyprocurement decision-making under multi-period and multi-vendor deeply.Firstly, the paper started with theory of procurement decision-making, thento solve the problem of crossing material demand amount and crossing materialdemand period, apply period devision method to come out with materialdemand plan. Secondly, the paper built vendor-evaluating system with thehierarchical structural model, and then evaluated vendors cprehensively withfuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Thirdly, according to the traits of, the paperbuildt a multi-objective programming model in respect of procurementdecision-making under multi-period and multi-vendor. Fourthly, the paperapplied the multi-objective programming model solving method based on grayrelational analysis, and then designed how to apply genetic algorithm within thissolvin method. Finally, based on all the theriotical research, the paper developedthe procurement decision-making support system with Visual Studio and SQLServer, providing corporations with effective support when they are to makedecisions under multi-period and multi-vendor.
