The Virtual instrument technology was a revolutionary technology that combines advanced instrument technology with modern computer technology. Its higher level of automation, powerful data processing capacity, rapid and accurate measuring and intuitive result display has the advantage that traditional instruments can hardly match, so it was one of the developing trends of future measuring and control instrument. The system was developed for the ZHB fuel injection pumps corrector produced by No. 1 tractor manufacturing company of Luoyang and was mainly used to measure and control pre-tightening force and correction stroke of diesel fuel injection pumps corrector, this way has replaced the manpower to measure performance indexes on fuel injection pumps corrector, and greatly improved the reliability and stability in detecting.The thesis deals with the reasonable selection of various components in the entire measuring and control system such as displacement sensor, force sensor, data acquisition card and stepping motor and its driver, and gives priority to algorithm in software design . It used VC++ to replace special virtual technology, which substantially reduces developing cost.The subject controls stepping motor with computer to drive the force sensor and displacement sensor to collect force signal and displacement signal of fuel injection pumps corrector. These signals will be passed to computer after signal conditioning and A/D conversion, stable signals can be obtained through scale conversion, filtering and getting rid of unusual points. The theoretical relationship curve of force and displacement can be produced by adopting the algorithm combining least square method of data segment with fitting line. Two functions important index on fuel injection pumps corrector, fuel injection pumps pre-tightening force and correcting process, has been gained successfully.At last, through large amount of experimental data and error analysis, the measuring system enjoys the perfect stability, accuracy and reliability, and was applied to practice with good results, so it was very important in theoretical value and practical significance.
