The injection pump is one of the most important parts in the engine fuel supplysystem, its performance directly affects the economy、 power and emissionsperformance of t he engine.Therefore, research and development the high precisionand high level of integration of fuel injection pump test and calibration of fuel injectionpump is the primary task of the design, and also becomes the platform to getthe effective parameters of the fuel injection pump.On the basis of in-depth study of the injection pump bench testing principle, inorder to get the goal of intelligent test beach, which is the current hot research in thisarea,using an effective combination of microcontroller and PC, a data acquisitionsystem based on microcontroller control is designed. The system consists of two parts:host computer of virtual instrument and data collection module of the machine.Hostcomputer considers PC as the control center, send orders to down-bit machine, and alsohas the functions of organization, store and graph shows, it also has a friendly interface.The next bit machine is a key component of the entire data acquisition system, thisthesis gives a detailed analysis of the structure and function of STC89C54RD+MCU,which as the core of hardware part of the fuel injection pump data acquisitionmodule,mainly includes:system power supply circuit, the external expansion of thecircuit and signal processing circuit, in order to control the number of fuel injection,injection pressure, fuel injection quantity and speed.The software part of the designuses a modular approach, which includes: the main program design, injectionpressure, injection advanced angle, temperature and motor speed andother parameters of the control and collection.Module debugging and simulation has tested after the completion of the frontwork and the results show that the data acquisition system has the advantages of easyoperation, reliable operation and high degree of intelligence, the technical indicatorshave reached the general requirements of the design...
