Annealing is a kind of common metal heat treatment process, which is used to changethe metal plasticity and toughness, eliminate the internal stress. During annealing, theprecision of temperature control directly affects the product quality. Continuous annealingfurnace is common large thermal equipment for metal heat treatment. It is difficult toachieve the ideal control effect in the use of conventional control method such asconventional PID control, which is due to its characteristics such as nonlinear, large delay,time-varying and multiple. Because of energy tension, how to use energy reasonably andefficiently, and guarantee the annealing temperature in a reasonable range, is of greatsignificance for the Energy saving and emission reduction, which is advocated by ourcountry and the world.This paper first analyzes the temperature control system of strip continuous annealingas well as the approximate model. Aiming at the temperature control loop and air-fuel ratiocircuit, present cascade dual-crisscross amplitude limit control mode to ensure the gas infull combustion, which is saving energy and reducing environmental pollution. Addingsecond level control system to annealing furnace temperature control system, which makethe whole control system more complete and unified. Technicians can adjust the controlsystem according to the various links of production, so the control of system is moreefficient, and the product is better.Propose the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm which is composed of traditionalPID control and fuzzy control. This algorithm is under the comprehensive analysis aboutthe advantages and disadvantages of traditional PID control and fuzzy control, aiming atsolving the problem that the temperature strip continuous annealing furnace control existscharacteristics such as large delay and multi disturbance. By making simulation experimentto this algorithm, the results show that the response speed, precision and anti-jammingability of the system are better than conventional PID controller...
