As social and economic development, people have improved their own concerns for the diet health and safety, the diet directly affecting the people's physical and mental health, so people have their new understanding of health standards and requirements on food security in the present and future. Beverage consumption is essential as people's daily diet, especially with the increasingly dependent for tea drinks. However, whether control of temperature is precise for the beverage production, particularly for the production of tea drinks,which directly affects the quality of beverage and life safety of consumers. As the result,whether the control of temperature is precise and fast,which is particularly important, while it is particularly inadequate for the conventional PID control of temperature to control in the big lag and the nonlinear object.In order to solve better the temperature control during the beverage filling in the domestic production at the present, I shall apply the two level control system,including the PLC program control system, Computer Control System and the communication each other. According to requirements about the system control process, the industrial personal computer is used as upper computer while PLC is used as lower computer. With the help of the programming software STEP7, the program of PLC is designed to control the process automatically. The PC is high stable performance. WinCC 6.0 is used to configure the supervisory software as PC state, including the configuration process, alarm information, real-time data, historical data and so on, which is able to achieve real-time monitoring of field data. PLC is used to design a fuzzy self-adaptive PID by the structured programming, including the fuzzy,the checking, the clarity and so on, which can achieve requirements about the realization of high-temperature sterilization UHT temperature control of fuzzy self-adaptive PID. PLC and PC communicate with each other via fieldbus PROFIBUS-DP in the control room. It is better reliable, stable and extended for the design which can obtain the more intuitive and timely feedback from the production site, and ensure the stability and accuracy of the control parameters, and reduce the capacity and damage for the operator, and improve the automation level of the entire control system, and take a certain affect to improve beverage filling in the domestic field.
