With the development of Computer and Networking Technology, Informationmanagement has become the driven force for the continuous development of theAluminum Profile Enterprises. Although, there is abundant of information sourcesduring the process of Information Management, the phenomenon of “the data isexploding while the knowledge is poor” is still very common among the AluminumProfile Enterprises. Therefore, there is no doubt the project of “how to makesustainable utilization of the data resource to realize the objective of the organiccombination of the process of data resource utilization and knowledge innovation”is the most important topic in the process of Aluminum Profile Enterprises digitalmanagement, from the perspective of enhancing the enterprise core competition.In the first place, the project makes analysis of the characteristic of thehistorical data in this industry, addresses the background and the methodologies ofthe key technology application of business intelligence, and then establishes thearchitecture and functions for the developed system. The business function moduleof the developed system is composed of on-line technical analysis module, on-lineanalysis processing module, and data mining module. The on-line technical analysismodule is responsible for the machine type analysis, cut surface analysis, materialtype analysis, manufacture process analysis and production efficiency analysis ofproduct manufacturing. The on-line analysis processing module realizes themulti-dimensional data modeling from the subjects of product structure, productmanufacturing, and product of bad quality to obtain the valuable information fromdifferent perspectives. The data mining module puts focus on the data miningtechnology application in the production of the Aluminum Profile Enterprises andbring up the idea of improving of supportive degree of predication model bymodification and setting of algorithm parameters. The module makes use ofMicrosoft_Decision_trees and Microsoft_Neural_Network algorithm and create thedata mining model from the complexity of product structure and the speed ofproduction. Moreover, The data mining model is also capable of predicting thecomplexity level of product structure, and the optimal production speed, therefore itprovides more powerful decision support for estimating the cost of the production,adjusting the production method on-line, and improving production efficiency. Afterfinishing the function module design part, the project moves forward to introducethe realization process of these modules. At last, through the testing and verification,the design and realization of the whole system is completed. However, as far as Aluminum Profile Enterprises are concerned, the applicationof these two technologies are still not very practical at present. This project makes adeep analysis of the business intelligence technology and focuses on AluminumProfile industry, therefore, it can be treated as the starting point for the datamanagement in Aluminum Profile Enterprises and also lay a solid foundation for fullrealization of data resource management in the near future.
