Because of the fierce competitiveenvironment, the market need more quality services and products, and continued askfor higher requirements,so the decision makers often have to consider the equipmentrenewal. Not only to consider themany update options, and sometimes alsoconsider not update and the abandonment of the equipment, or give up the use of butstill keep this device to spare and so onoptions. The provincial radio equipment in thehigher degree of specialization, with the rapid development ofdigitalinformation technology and the great progress of the mass media, the reasonableselection of professionalbroadcast equipment and updating, broadcastquality,program will directly affect the program’s market sharerate and the benigndevelopment of broadcasting cause.While the professional broadcastequipment compared to the ordinary civilian equipment, with expensive, hightechnology content, harsh operating conditions,characteristics of the higher costof maintenance.Especially the digital network broadcasting equipment, but alsoconsider the digital information technology update cycle fast, network transmissionmode change rapidly and other characteristics, in the update equipment decision ismore difficult.According to the radio industry equipment renewal decision analysis moredifficult, but few in the domestic and foreign research present situation, the basictheory of operational research based on decision theory,application andreference analysis, decision of commonly used project management risk analysismethod, carries on the thorough analysis through the actual case to updatethe provincial G radio digital automaticbroadcasting control system the first, for theconstructionof equipment renewal scheme evaluation index system,and thendetermine the weights of evaluation system by using expert survey method andAHP method, finallyestablishes the fuzzy evaluation model and the fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to score on theequipment selection scheme, thusobtains the most suitable equipment renewal scheme.In determining theoverall update scheme, this paper will discuss the use of economic life evaluationmethod for the selection of specific equipment, further improve the update decisionanalysis process, reduce the risk of decision-making andimprove the accuracy ofdecision-making, provides experience for reference to solve similarproblems topeople in the industry.
