Nowadays,information technology is changing with each passing day,and industrial changes are going deep into all walks of life.The use of information technology has increased production efficiency and reduced production costs.In the radio monitoring and management industry,it is also necessary to use information technology to improve the management level of a wide variety of instruments and equipment in the unit,so as to maximize equipment utilization and minimize management costs.The radio monitoring and detection equipment management system designed and developed in this paper is completed on the basis of sufficient investigation and analysis of the daily work of the radio supervision department by adopting a three-layer system based on the C/S structure of WeChat small program and using WeChat small program platform technology and MQTT instant communication protocol technology.This paper first introduces the research background and significance of this topic,and the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,related technologies of WeChat small program platform,MQTT communication protocol and RBAC model are introduced.Thirdly,the feasibility analysis of the system is mainly carried out from the aspects of economic feasibility,technical feasibility and operational feasibility,and the demand analysis of the system is carried out from the aspects of performance demand,security demand,functional demand and functional process.Combined with feasibility analysis and demand analysis,the system architecture is analyzed and system functional modules and databases are analyzed and designed according to the requirements of system design objectives and principles.Finally,the system operating environment and common module realization,module function realization,system testing and other related content are introduced.Finally,the author made the following conclusions after the system's performance test.Each module function can basically achieve the expected effect,and the system can collect all kinds of business data and store them in the database.This system not only realizes the scientific and efficient equipment management(including equipment maintenance,annual inspection,loan,etc.)and the management cost is greatly reduced,but also has the remarkable advantages in expanding equipment information sharing capacity,simplifying equipment borrowing process and improving equipment use efficiency.
