In recent years, higher vocational education has been greatly developed. The core ofhigher vocational education is professional quality education. As the key of higherprofessional quality education, post practice teaching is more and more valued by theeducation sector. Post practice provides the opportunity for the students to adapt to the socialin advance. Through the cultivation of professional ethics and professional skills, the studentscan adapt to the job soon, enhance the competitiveness. The enrollment scale of highervocational colleges is increasing, the number of post practice interns is also graduallyincreasing every year. It is found that there are more and more difficulties to manage the postpractice education. The college instructors still use traditional paper report, telephone andemail to communicate in the post practice teaching. Those simple management methodsrelying on manual operation have been unable to meet the needs of moderneducation management. Post practice teaching management and efficiency has been greatlyrestricted. For years, the higher vocational colleges are constantly exploring the method ofmanagement and evaluation of post practice.With the development of information technology, the informatization construction of postpractice teaching in higher vocational colleges can be achieved. The construction ofnetwork-based post practice management and evaluation system conform to the developmentof post practice education informatization in higher vocational colleges. Using this system,participants can easily communicate and cooperate. Instructors can provide the interns indifferent regions with just-in-time instructions and implement effective management andcomprehensive evaluation of the post practice processes to improve the teaching quality.Based on the fuzzy mathematical theory, this paper establishes the evaluation membershipfunction and weight vector, uses the fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate the students’post practice results. the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of students’ post practiceresults is more fair and reasonable.This paper first analyses the research status at home and abroad, and states the currentsituation of post practice education and information system in higher vocational colleges. The use-case driven UML modeling method is used to describe the requirement of network-basedpost practice management and evaluation system. The system implements based on MicrosoftASP.NET technology and SQL Server database. This paper also describes the systemarchitecture, details the database design, function implementation and security design of mainmodules, presents the development and test processes and introduces the application.Network-based post practice management and evaluation system realizes the functions ofnetwork-based information submission, query, monitoring and analysis. The users as intern,college instructor, counselor and practice activity administrator can use this system forcooperative teaching, information exchange, management and evaluation through web browser.This System has broken down the communication barriers between instructors and students,help instructors to carry out teaching management, guidance and evaluation and helpstudents to report, sum up and feedback. The system is easy to use. Application of this systemachieves good results and implements the informatization and standardization of post practicemanagement and evaluation in higher vocational colleges. The process monitoring andcontrol of post practice teaching gets more careful and strict. The work efficiency of postpractice teaching management has been greatly improved.
