Presently, the domestic and foreign cities are actively building smart cityemergency command platform, but blind redundant construction can not guaranteefunctional completeness of the platform, as well as versatility and extensibility.Through the analysis of large numbers of applications and platforms, this article is tobuild up the universal event handling model from the point of the domain engineering,this paper mainly completed the following works:Firstly, put forward event handling domain model of smart city, including thescene model, information model, feature model, business model and the domaindictionary, and then put forward the ontology model.Secondly,put forward the event model software architecture of smart city, and usethe "4+1" view including the logical view,physical view, process view,development view and the scene view to design the whole framework of theplatform,and then get the design of the components with unified modeling language.Thirdly, validates the rationality of the platform architecture by the prototypesystem, as a successful reference case of the follow-up application development.The innovation points of this paper is having established an abstract businessprocess of the event model based on the entire smart city platform, the design of thesoftware architecture, design and development of reusable business component, sothat the model is with highly general features, and business abstraction is verified bythe field application. In this paper,the domain engineering, software architectureresearch methods are both applied to the software architecture of the smart city’sevent model, having expanded the field of engineering, the structure of the softwaresystem and application field.Combined with cloud service model,having formed a setof comparatively complete software architecture of smart city’s event model.
