In recent years, the development of the smart city is going rapidly, a large number of application service system arises at the historic moment, that leads to rise in the cost of construction and system communication difficulties. It becomes the core of the smart city platform operations providing service access for users, service execution, operations management for a number of cities in different scenarios(event scene, scene components, transaction scenarios and collaborative scenarios). To solve above problems, this paper carried out the following work.Firstly, we carried out the domain model of smart city cloud services platform. The domain model is made up of platform context model, information model, feature model, business model as well as domain dictionary.Second, we carried out the software architecture of the smart city cloud service platform. For general requirements in the field of wisdom city application service, this paper extracts the components of cloud service platform, designs the general software architecture framework and formalization.Thirdly, based on the results of software architecture design, in view of the eco-city matching window services,we initially completed the core part of the prototype system development and implementation.The innovation of this paper is forming a relatively complete the smart city services software architecture model, based on cloud model, guided by the field engineering methodology method, platform provides the service for users under different application scenarios. This paper also abstracts application services of smart city and bulids business model, designs software architecture of smart city cloud service platform, improves the reuse rate of smart city application service system.
