Given the demands of PrisonAdministration Bureau of national judicial departmentmanagement,implementing the requirements,"Humanized management",at the same time, inorder to provide Quite convenient services to send and receive text messages and improvethe information level of the prison,the development of prison SMS platform has the extremelyimportant practical significance.This paper adopts the B/S architecture, takes the MYSQL database as the centerdatabase,uses the basic architecture of three layers structure of MVC and J2EE,and uses JSPas the language to complete the prison online messaging platform.The paper adopts themethods of literature research and system analysis method to study.It uses the objectoriented mode to complete the requirement analysis, design and implementation.This papermainly completed the following work: overall architecture to build online short messageplatform,put forward specific requirements analysis based on the prison through the researchon the system at home and abroad.The whole system is divided into the message management,audit process, mail list management, query statistics and system settings module.According tothe analysis of system requirements, itcompleted the design of online platform whichincludes the design of each function module of the system and the main design businessprocess. According to the demand analysis,it described in detail the system designideas.Then,it successfully realized online messaging platform.At present, the platform running smoothly.The whole system has the characteristics ofuniform interface, convenient use, complete functions, good performance, high safety indexand good compatibility,which can meet the need of prison for SMS platform.
