By analysing and real-timecontrolling project from different angles,the system can offer reasonable services tosystem administrators.This system realize short message receive-and-send function by combining shortmessage platform interfaces.It can send project-related messages to project-related peopleand individuals involved in the project can inquery about information related to the projectby sending short messages,improving flexibility and efficiency of project management.
